Welcome to House Church

A Place to Go Deeper with God

We’re a group of believers who desire to be true disciples of Christ. We meet in homes where ministry is personal and led by the Holy Spirit.

Speaking at a House Church service

What to Expect

House Church is different from most churches. Each service is an opportunity for everyone to minister to each other.

Worship

We are made to worship God, and we set aside a large portion of the service to praise God through song. We also have the freedom to minister through the gifts of the Spirit.

Prayer

When we pray for others, we are intimately meeting the needs of those in our House Church and sharing each other’s burdens. It’s another opportunity to use your gifts.

Testimonies

Sharing testimonies glorifies God by emphasizing how He is working in our lives. It’s encouraging to hear what God is doing in and through us!

Teaching

Our pastor will teach from the Bible with practical messages that challenge us to really know the God who changes our lives and helps us to impact others.

Discussion

We discuss the message and take time to see how it can practically apply to our lives. It’s also a time for questions and comments as we grow together.

Meal

What’s a better way to get to know someone than to share a meal with them? We make time to build relationships through food so we can be a more effective body of ministry.

Learn About House Church

God has given each Christian a gift (1 Corinthians 12:4-7), and we should all use these gifts to minister to others (1 Corinthians 14:26).

Ministry to God

We minister to God through worship during service times and our daily, personal quiet times.

Ministry to Others

We minister to others through prayer, encouragement, testimonies, exhortations, teachings, and the use of the gifts of the Spirit in our meetings.

Ministry to Us

We receive ministry from God through His presence and the gifts of the Spirit operating in each person as we pray for each other and encourage each other with testimonies.

Fellowship

Everyone eats a meal together at every meeting to help develop strong relationships. Retreats and social events also deepen those relationships.

Outreach

We all invite our friends and neighbors and have neighborhood block parties and cookouts. Through Maximum Missions, we send teams to share the gospel of Jesus. We also produce TV One Life, which airs on many networks around the world.

Large Group Meeting

Four times a year, everyone comes together for an anointed, Spirit-filled meeting. It’s exciting to see friends who attend church in a different home and hear what God has been doing in their lives.

How We Stay Connected

We use these resources daily to stay close to God and each other.

Bible Reading

Throughout the year, we read the Bible daily and share (through the app) what God is speaking to us through the passage. Seeing how many different things God can show people in the same passage is amazing!

Bible Study

Once a week, we meet virtually for an in-depth Bible study. Everyone reads the assigned passage each week, and then we come together to share what we’ve learned.

Community Group Chat

Through our group chat app, we’re able to connect with friends from all homes by sharing prayer requests, testimonies, pictures, and announcements.
